On June 20th, Sedipec presented its project to an audience of investors and major European companies, thanks to its selection for the GreenTech Challenge’s intensive growth program. Sedipec designs and markets recyclable flood-proof shutters and doors connected to local warning systems.They redesigned the hinged shutter by adding additional and complementary functions to protect property and people from flooding.
These airtight shutters are connected to the local warning system by integrating embedded AI. Their role is to instinctively protect a home without human intervention in order to better plan the occupant’s evacuation. Watch Sedipec’s speech on our YouTube channel:
