Can you introduce yourself?
Hello, I’m Antoine Desferet, the co-founder of Phoenix Mobility.
For those who don’t know you, can you explain how your service offering directly aligns with the Ministry’s public policies?

We convert internal combustion vehicles into 100% electric vehicles for businesses and local authorities. Our conversion kit reduces CO2 emissions related to the production of an electric vehicle and reduces the cost of access to electric vehicles by two to three times. Our offering is aligned with the Ministry’s public policies because it facilitates access to clean mobility, promotes the circular economy, and enables the responsible use of natural resources. What have been your recent successes in implementing your project?
We’ve had several! First, the signing of a major contract, then the doubling of our workforce in two months (we went from 10 to 20 people), and finally, Phoenix Mobility is a winner of the Tech for Good Awards in the “mobility” category. Phoenix MobilityHow have you adapted to the current economic and health crisis? Like many companies, we switched to remote working as much as possible, then implemented remote team rituals! But above all, we halved the number of people physically present in our workshops (dividing them into two teams). Phoenix_Kangoo1What are the upcoming challenges your startup/SME is likely to face? First, scaling up with industrialization of our solution, then perhaps a certain territorial coverage, but above all, we now need to recruit the best possible profiles to best develop our project…
