CCB Greentech is an industrial company that has developed a bio-sourced material: wood concrete, and expanded its use through various prefabricated construction methods, marketed by licensed partners. It produces wood aggregates from wood pulp from French forests.
TimberRoc® wood concrete can be used for structural elements: load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls and floors, for all types of buildings, up to 10 stories high, in seismic zones 1 to 4. Several construction methods have received ATEx Case A certification and are available from licensed prefabrication partners. Labeled “Bio-sourced Product,” containing more than 80% wood, its uniqueness lies in its negative carbon footprint and its technical properties, which are adapted to current challenges in the construction world: inertia, sound absorption, fire resistance, etc. An ideal response to the RE2020 requirements to combat climate change while adapting buildings to future heatwaves.

The Eisox autonomous control solution addresses the decarbonization of buildings. It offers intelligent room-by-room heating management based on the learned occupancy rate. Learning this intermittent heating allows heating to be performed only when rooms are occupied, offering an average of 40% energy savings.
To complement the action of thermostatic heads, Eisox has more recently designed a “BMS module” that allows all equipment to be controlled based on the actual occupancy of the building. This equipment increases energy savings by an average of 15%.

Time To Beem is a SaaS platform that brings together all stakeholders in a real estate project around a collaborative platform dedicated to managing the environmental carbon impact.
Time To Beem gives project owners back control in managing and monitoring the low-carbon challenges of their real estate projects. The tool is based on a unique method for standardizing the carbon impact calculation process based on data contained in a BIM digital model. It allows project owners to: (1) improve the reliability of a project’s quantitative data. The quantity of material is retrieved in real time from BIM digital models; (2) provide an RE2020 carbon impact calculation interface that reduces the design office’s study time by a factor of four; (3) track the results of a carbon calculation in real time by generating a dynamic dashboard, viewable by all stakeholders; (4) to monitor in real time the evolution of the morphologies and materials recommended from the initial sketches of a real estate project.

Water, biodiversity, and biomimicry
OFTerritoire is a SaaS platform that provides information on land use, sustainable management, carbon storage and sequestration, and the biodiversity of natural ecosystems at multiple scales, enabling assessment and monitoring from the individual tree level to that of local authorities.
The OFT PCAET project aims to develop a pilot project at the Nouvelle Aquitaine region level that complements the existing OFTerritoire platform with relevant, consistent, and up-to-date information on natural ecosystems at the municipal, community of municipalities, and regional levels within the framework of the PCAET. This pilot project integrates elements on ecosystem vulnerability and their adaptation to climate change according to IPCC scenarios, and also allows for long-term projections of carbon storage in forests based on different types of forestry. Terre Utile is a pioneering start-up whose ambition is to provide landscaping companies with high-quality recycled topsoil, an ecological alternative to natural topsoil, which must be preserved. The topsoil currently used for green spaces comes from the clearing of natural, agricultural, and forested areas (ENAF), often located far from cities. It is a non-renewable resource on a human scale. At the same time, millions of tons of soil are excavated from construction sites each year and sent to final disposal areas (ISDI).
