The DIE (State Real Estate Directorate) has published a call for projects as part of the recovery plan, which aims to support the construction sector and reduce the energy footprint of government buildings and those of its operators. This is particularly true for advancing the implementation of the tertiary decree (40% reduction by 2030 for buildings with a surface area greater than 1,000 m²). Types of eligible projects: Energy renovation projects related to major maintenance and renovation, aimed at reducing the energy consumption of the buildings concerned; Projects involving a larger investment related to more complex real estate projects aimed at consolidating, relocating, and increasing the density of services (real estate performance); In exceptional circumstances, studies required to define a complex operation or diagnostics prior to the operational launch of a specific project: Projects must be accompanied by a commitment to monitoring consumption and, more generally, an energy management system. The legal and financial commitment of the credits must be made before the end of 2021, and the works must be delivered before 2024.Selection criteria:
- Ability to quickly implement the project, which will be judged based on its maturity and the robustness of the monitoring team;
- Overall environmental performance assessed based on energy savings, environmental savings, and energy efficiency (cost per kWh saved).
Within the scope of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, needs are anticipated for several sites.
- Responses are expected by October 9, 2020.
