On July 4, 2024, the Ecolab of the General Commissioner for Sustainable Development (CGDD) of the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion organized its second LLG Talks.
This edition spotlighted the tax assistance service of the General Directorate of Public Finances, which presented tax incentives for financing research and innovation, the conditions for benefiting from them, the formalities to anticipate, and the means to secure the advantage. Specifically:
– The Research Tax Credit (CIR);
– The Young Innovative Company status;
– Certain mechanisms: status of the young growth company and income tax reductions for capital investment.
