International Day of Forests
March 21st is the International Day of Forests! This day was proclaimed in 2012 by the United Nations (UN).
💡Did you know? The FAO, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, estimates that between 2015 and 2020, 10 million hectares of forest disappeared (if you’re wondering what that represents, it’s roughly the size of 14 million football fields).
