A.2) Innov’score, State Procurement Direction, Ministry of Economy and Finance, 2024
The State Procurement Direction has developed a tool in the form of a questionnaire, called “Innov’score”, to assist buyers in assessing the innovative nature of a solution. It is a questionnaire inspired by a set of indicators, which gives a score and a trend between green, orange, and red.
