The “Step by Step” guide was developed by Ecolab of the CGDD at the ministerial pole for Ecological Transition, Land Planning, Transport, City, and Housing. Aimed at companies proposing eco-innovative solutions for local authorities, it presents public procurement of sustainable innovations in a clear and accessible manner.
The guide presents in its first part the scheme – €100,000 excluding tax, a procedure allowing public actors to purchase innovative solutions. It supports companies at each stage of the procurement process for the scheme:
- identifying territories likely to be buyers of sustainable and innovative solutions;
- presentation of the eco-innovative solution developed by the company;
- launching the contracting procedure – €100,000, step by step.
The second part of this guide decodes the various existing procurement procedures that allow local authorities to purchase eco-innovative solutions.
Popularized for economic actors, this Step-by-Step Guide allows one to put themselves in the shoes of public actors, in order to facilitate exchanges and contract formations.
