The 2020 Greentech Meet’Up took place on October 5th and 6th. It was an opportunity for numerous startups to hold business meetings and also to receive awards.
The Meet’Up’s first prize, “Investors’ Favorite,” was awarded by Olivier Dupont, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Demeter Partners, to the startup GOUACH, led by Alexandre Valette. GOUACH offers “renewable” electric bicycle batteries, meaning they are 100% repairable and durable. They come with a 10-year warranty and reduce the environmental impact of batteries by 80%.October 5th (1) The award. The “Media Favorite” award was presented by Emmanuelle Leneuf, CEO and Editor of FlashTweet, to the startup Tellux, a service for measuring and modeling soil contamination using hyperspectral imaging. Tellux develops fast and automated soil pollution detection tools. The system detects the presence of pollution in the soil and guides machinery as work progresses.October 5 (2) The “Competitiveness Cluster Favorite” award was then presented by André Joffre, President of the Smart Energy Alliance, to Sylfen, which offers a solution that makes buildings energy self-sufficient year-round by increasing the reliability of energy supplies from local and renewable sources through hydrogen storage. Sylfen designs and develops a hydrogen storage and cogeneration system for energy-producing buildings: the Smart Energy Hub. October 5 (2) For this second day of Meet’Up, the “Community Favorite” award was presented by Valérie Authier, Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Saint-Mandé, to the startup ECODELE.

ECODELEThe penultimate award of the event, organized by Capgemini, went to the startup nAm.R for the “Sustainable Innovation: The New Standard” and “Digital Innovation” awards, presented by Patrice Duboé, Director of Innovation and Technology, and Sandrine Fouillé, CSR Director at Capgemini France. nAm.R’s “Digital Twin” is a data repository characterizing the constituent elements of a territory: buildings, plots of land, postal addresses, urban features, etc., by leveraging accessible data and artificial intelligence. Using this geolocated, enriched, and directly actionable data, public and private stakeholders can optimize their operations and create new services. NamRThe Meet’Up closed with the presentation of the “Entrepreneur of the Transition” award by Elisabeth Dewavrin, CSR Manager for France and Western Europe & Maghreb at EY, and Alexis Gazzo, Partner in the Climate Change and Sustainability team, in charge of renewable energy and hydrogen activities at EY.They recognized the startup Kyanos Biotechnologies.
