Bringing together innovative companies and local authorities to stimulate sustainable public procurement and the development of Greentech start-ups and SMEs
In partnership with the Paris East Marne & Bois Public Territorial Establishment, which groups 13 Parisian municipalities, the Living-Lab Greentech, led by the Ecolab of the CGDD, is a residency space for innovative and sustainable companies. These eco-companies aim to develop their solutions and contract in the Parisian territory, to locally stimulate responsible purchasing and accelerate ecological transitions.
Located at Cresco in Saint-Mandé, near the establishments of Météo-France and IGN, the Living-Lab aims to facilitate exchanges between Greentech companies and scientific institutions.

Keyros is a monitoring and decision support tool during extreme weather events, spatially and temporally.

The patented ecosystem Vertuo reproduces the water table in cities and thus allows for sustainable greening, without watering (autonomy via rainwater collection), achieving 80% savings in maintenance.

WaltR helps cities and companies act efficiently and sustainably to reduce pollutant emissions and adapt to climate change. They use unique ground and satellite imaging technologies, combined with AI, to assess air pollution sources and greenhouse gases to be addressed.

Cool Roof France has created a paint that reflects solar heat. Applied to roofs, roads, or facades, this mixture is composed of water, oyster shell powder, and natural pigments.
On a building scale, this results in a temperature reduction of up to 15°C experienced in summer. This drop in temperature also improves the performance of rooftop solar panels. On a neighborhood scale, changing the albedo of surfaces can reduce the experienced temperature by up to 4°C.
The targeted sectors are health, education, distribution, and logistics, in France and internationally.
