Une délégation de la Seoul Digital Foundation au Living-Lab Greentech
Ce vendredi 26 février, Paris Est Marne & Bois accueillait la délégation coréenne de la Seoul Digital Foundation au sein du Living-Lab Greentech, géré par les équipes d’Ecolab du Comissariat Général Au Développement Durable. Yo-Sik Kang, président de la structure et Boris Kim, ont fait le déplacement à Paris pour échanger autour de leur partenariat avec PEMB. Cette visite était placée sous le signe de la ville intelligente et durable.
La séquence a débuté par un discours d’ouverture de Yo-Sik Kang ; Fréderic Michot, conseiller Municipal Délégué chargé du soutien à l’Économie Locale, de l’Emploi et des Entreprises ; et Gerald Delmas, Président de la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie du Val-de-Marne. Symboliquement, les différentes parties prenantes ont entériné leur partenariat avec une signature, puis ont partagé le verre de l’amitié autour d’un buffet sur le rooftop.
Séquence dédiée aux activités du Living-Lab Greentech
Après quoi, les particpant.e.s se sont réuni.e.s dans une salle du Living-Lab Greentech pour assister à la présentation d’Ecolab et de ses missions par Thomas Cottinet. Laboratoire d’innovation du service de recherche et d’innovation du CGDD, Ecolab œuvre pour la transition écologique via deux versant. Le premier vise à favoriser l’innovation pour la transition écologique des start-up françaises via des dispositifs comme le label Greentech Innovation, l’accompagnement de ces dernières ou encore le service Living-Lab Greentech. D’autre part, le laboratoire est porteur de la politique d’administration ministérielle des données, et par extension des usages de la donnée au bénéfice des politiques publiques de la transition écologique et énergétique et de la cohésion des territoires. Ecolab est également porteur de la feuille de route IA et Transition écologique.
S’en est suivi la présentation d’Unico, start-up labélisée Greentech Innovation, par Jules Grammont. La start-up labélisée, qui a anciennement bénéficié des services du Living-Lab Greentech, et s’est depuis imposée comme premier fournisseur de logiciel métier pour la gestion des déchets.
C’est ensuite la start-up WaltR, également labélisée Greentech Innovation, représentée par Lorenzo Constantino et actuellement hébergée au Living-Lab Greentech, qui a eu l’occasion de présenter ses services à la Seoul Digital Foundation. Elle fournit une solution innovante qui utilise des capteurs optiques pour comprendre de manière plus fine la pollution atmosphérique. Leur technologie permet de récolter des données en temps réel et en haute résolution dans les espaces urbains et périurbains.
Nous sommes certains que ces échanges enrichiront le partenariat entre les territoires de PEMB et Séoul. Avec la certitude que, grâce à ce dernier, les entreprises françaises qui innovent pour la transition écologique au sein du Living-Lab Greentech rayonneront internationalement !
Korea visiting the Living-Lab Greentech !
A delegation from the Seoul Digital Foundation at the Greentech Living-Lab
On Friday February 16, Paris Est Marne & Bois welcomed the Korean delegation from the Seoul Digital Foundation to the Greentech Living-Lab, managed by the Ecolab teams of the commissariat général au développement durable. Yo-Sik Kang, president of the structure, and Boris Kim, made the trip to Paris to discuss their partnership with PEMB. The focus of the visit was the smart, sustainable city.
The event began with a keynote speech by Yo-Sik Kang; Fréderic Michot, Deputy City Councillor in charge of supporting the local economy, employment and business; and Gerard Delmas, President of the Val-de-Marne Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Symbolically, the various parties involved ratified their partnership with a signature, then shared a glass of friendship over a buffet on the rooftop.

Afterwards, participants gathered in a room at the Greentech Living-Lab to hear Thomas Cottinet present Ecolab and its missions. Ecolab, the innovation laboratory of the CGDD’s research and innovation department, works on two fronts to promote the ecological transition. The first is to encourage French start-ups to innovate for the ecological transition, through schemes such as the Greentech Innovation label, support for start-ups and the Greentech Living-Lab service. Secondly, the laboratory supports the mininisterial data and hashtag AI administration policy, and by extension, the use of data for the benefit of public policies on ecological and energy transition and territorial cohesion.
This was followed by Jules Grammont’s presentation of UNICO, a Greentech Innovation accredited start-up. The labelled start-up, which formerly benefited from the services of the Greentech Living-Lab, has since established itself as the leading provider of business software for waste management.
Next up was start-up WaltR, also Greentech Innovation label certified, represented by Lorenzo Constantino and currently housed at the Greentech Living-Lab, which had the opportunity to present its services to the Seoul Digital Foundation. It provides an innovative solution that uses optical sensors to gain a finer-grained understanding of atmospheric pollution. Their technology enables real-time, high-resolution data to be collected in urban and peri-urban areas.
We are certain that these exchanges will enrich the partnership between the PEMB and Seoul territories. And we’re certain that, thanks to this partnership, the French companies innovating for the ecological transition within the Greentech Living-Lab will shine internationally!
